Please provide us with as much information as possible.  Each and every solution is different and require a unique set of deliverables (data files and drawings).  We are committed to work with you to resolve any obstacles in cases where full data are not available for what ever reason.

If your solutions depends on the board outline and its components then we need a 1:1 .dxf or .dwg type drawings for the top and bottom sides, any Gerber files or board data, the plated and un-plated through hole drill files, and all assembly drawings and pertinent notes when ever present.  When ever possible please zip these files to reduce internet traffic.  And if the solution is based around a part then we need the manufacturer specs for that part or/and an actual part depends on the situation.
